特性：

1、永久粘性，不揮發(fā)，不拉絲，不留痕。

2、柔軟，有韌性，良好的靈活性和操作感。

3、環(huán)保，無(wú)刺激性氣味，不會(huì)對(duì)接觸者產(chǎn)生任何傷害。

4、對(duì)產(chǎn)品的電氣性和外觀有很好的保護(hù)。

5、不含硅

 

用途:
1、清潔激光頭、手機(jī)攝像頭、鏡頭、微粒。

2、清除(10—5000級(jí)無(wú)塵室)LED/LCD表面particle。

3、清潔LENS表面遺留的玻璃/塑膠碎屑(末)。

4、粘去半導(dǎo)體生產(chǎn)光盤(pán)/磁盤(pán)表面的臟點(diǎn)臟污。
5、清除COB工藝裸露鍍膜SENSOR表Micron lens微塵粒,

 

操作作業(yè)指示：

1、去除外包裝，清潔膠棒外包裝進(jìn)入風(fēng)淋室再進(jìn)無(wú)塵室。

2、作業(yè)前先做好5S準(zhǔn)備，臺(tái)面、地面、設(shè)備、椅子、手套、工具、夾具、托盤(pán)等并用顯微鏡檢查。

3、用鑷子從托盤(pán)輕輕夾起，帶膠端不可與物體接觸，以免污染，用手拿住另一端準(zhǔn)備操作。

4、膠棒在顯微鏡或軟件下對(duì)準(zhǔn)塵點(diǎn)位置，保持60°~90°角度輕輕粘取，不可大力，以免刮傷、壓傷SENSOR。

5、使用時(shí)要拿穩(wěn)，切勿來(lái)回抖動(dòng)，不可在產(chǎn)品上移動(dòng)摩擦，以免劃傷。

6、每支膠棒擦拭產(chǎn)品最多不超過(guò)十五到二十次，以免造成二次污染。

7、使用過(guò)的膠棒要遠(yuǎn)離工作區(qū)，與干凈膠棒分開(kāi)。

 

 注意事項(xiàng)：

1、平面或向上，嚴(yán)禁側(cè)放或顛倒。

2. 避光保存。

3. 保存溫度30°以下。

4. 保存期三個(gè)月。

ESD- Tacky Stick

Characteristics：

·      Tacky tip to pick up loose particles or fibers

·      Soft, flexible tacky tip that leaves no stains on surfaces

Applications:

1.    Effective in removing particles or foreign material on laser head, mobile phone or camera lens, or any sensitive optical lens

2.    Remove particles or foreign material from LED/ LCD surface

3.    Remove particles or foreign material from surface of semi-conductor wafer fab disk

 

Usage Procedures:

1.    Remove the outer packaging before channeling the packaging trays with Tacky Stick through the air shower, into the control or clean room.

2.    Perform 5S house- keeping on the work bench, chairs, flooring, equipment, tools and fixtures, etc

3.    Gently lift the Tacky Stick from the end without the Sticky Tip. Do not contact the Sticky Tip with any surfaces to avoid cross contamination. It is ready to be used.

4.    Adjust the Sticky Tip to the location of the dust or foreign particles to be removed, lightly placed the Sticky Tip onto the target and lift it up. Avoid excessive force or slide the Sticky Tip along the surfaces, especially on sensitive and fragile component.

5.    Each Sticky Stick can be used approximately 10-15 times, depending on amount of debris removed from surfaces.

6.    Discard the used Sticky Stick to a disposal box and do not mix with new parts.
